Jacob Russell is a strategic and analytical attorney with comprehensive experience in litigation support, legal research, and client counseling. He is adept at advising on a broad range of legal issues, including contracts, property law, and corporate governance, with a proven ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, Jacob served as an Attorney for the Arkansas Public Service Commission in Little Rock. In this role, he represented the Commission in formal rate case proceedings, rulemakings, and natural gas pipeline safety proceedings, drafting key legal documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

His background also includes extensive work as an Estate Planning Attorney, where he drafted a wide array of documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, corporate formation papers, and court petitions. He successfully counseled clients on wealth preservation and tax-efficient strategies, helping them secure their financial legacies.

Additionally, Jacob has practical experience as a licensed Independent Adjuster, evaluating complex insurance claims and interpreting policy coverage for a diverse range of stakeholders. This role has honed his skills in negotiation and effective communication, bringing a unique and practical perspective to his legal practice.

Jacob earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. While there, he was recognized for achieving the top paper in several subjects, including Contracts I and the Fourth Amendment Seminar. He also served as a teaching and research assistant for in Legal Research and Writing.

An avid Razorbacks fan, Jacob is proud to call Arkansas home. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing outdoor activities, including hunting, fishing, woodworking, and hiking. He is also actively involved with Ducks Unlimited in the state.
