Britnie Byers has dedicated her legal career to advocating for justice, equity, and public service. With a practice spanning civil litigation, domestic violence, family law, criminal law, and estate administration, she is committed to ensuring that underserved individuals and communities receive high-quality legal representation and support.
She began her career as a public defender in Missouri before relocating to Arkansas with her family. There, she transitioned to civil law at the Center for Arkansas Legal Services, where she collaborated with organizations such as Our House, the Veterans Legal Assistance Project, and 100 Families. Through this work, she helped protect vulnerable populations and promote equality under the law.
Britnie earned her law degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Law, where she was awarded the Frank Bietto Memorial Scholarship. As the first lawyer in her family, she takes pride in using her legal expertise to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of her legal practice, Britnie enjoys building Monarch butterfly habitats, bow fishing, and spending time on the lake in Bull Shoals, Arkansas.
