Wallace, Martin, Duke & Russell, PLLC is the successor law firm to James R. Wallace & Associates, P.A., which was founded by James R. Wallace in 1975. The firm was founded James Wallace's simple philosophy: provide the best legal service for businesses and families across a wide range of legal needs. We live that philosophy every day here in his memory. Our Austin office in located in the central business district just blocks from the University of Texas in the Hyde Park neighborhood.

Our firm has attorneys who are licensed in several states including Arkansas, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama where they regularly appear in state court. Our attorneys also practice in the United States District Courts throughout Arkansas, Texas, and Tennessee.
